Description

Blodvite (Or Bloodrunner) is a order that I got from a friend of mine. I got permission to feature it. x3
It's supposed to be a cerimonial and sacrificial dagger, casted ot of bronze. I'm quite happy with the result and the grip is very comfortable^^

This one is of course not for sale, but I can just as easilly make more for the one that wishes for it :3

All my weapons are handmade in every detail, with as genuine material as possible, wood, real leather etc... They're all tested to withstand all kind of beating that can occur, during larp, cosplay etc...
The core is a 8mm in diameter fibreglass rod. The body, heads and blades of the weapons are all made of a cellplast material, much like the same material used in campingmadrasses, just tougher and more flexible. The surface is made of about 10 to 12 layers of latex. (5 regular, 3 mixed with black acryllic and about 2 too 4 layers of differentially coloured latex.) The handles are often made of wood, due to the wobbly effect you might have with a normal foamplast handle. The wood makes it both safer to use and easier to controll. There are exeptions though.

If wished, I can take orders. Give me a holler and a description or picture (or both) by note. From there, we can discuss the matter and perhaps come up with something awesome! I'm working like this: First I sketch up a set of weapons that I will make (Up to 15 weapons) and then start building from there. When my set of 15 is planned and done, I will continue making order, but you'll have to wait untill the current generation of weapons are made before having yours created. Why I'm doing that is because that is the number of weapons I can cover with latex before the brush is destroyed. Latex can't be washed of and every layer of latex destroyes one brush. I've tried many solutions but noone works good enough without lowering the quality of the latex layer.

Please understand that when doing all this by hand, it takes much time and effort. The materials are also of as good quality as I can afford to make them as durable as possible. Thereby the prices.

Nice work, Not a lot of us crafters make 'bronze' items.
